2. Principles

3. Transportation Process and Responsibilities
3.1. Obligations of the Client (Customer)

Precise designation of the goods to be transported, and communication of quantity and quality data.

Ensuring appropriate packaging and labeling.

Submission of the necessary shipping documents.
3.2. Obligations of the Carrier (our Company)

Receipt of goods at the time and place specified in the contract.

Safe and timely delivery of the shipment to the consignee.

Execution with vehicles possessing the required permits, insurances, and in proper technical condition.
3.3. Obligations of the Consignee

Receipt of goods at the specified place and time.

Checking the integrity and quantity of the goods upon receipt.

Immediate notification of any shortage or damage.
3.4. Obligations of Subcontractors

Full compliance with the transportation and safety regulations stipulated in the contract concluded with our company.

Fulfillment of reporting obligations prescribed by us.

Lawful operation of vehicles and drivers possessing the necessary permits.
4. Liability for Damages

The extent of liability for damages is determined by the rules of the CMR Convention and the Hungarian Civil Code.

In case of damage to or loss of goods, the parties are obliged to immediately record the incident in writing.

The existence of insurance coverage is mandatory during all transportation activities.
5. Complaint Handling and Legal Redress

In case of a complaint, our customer service must be contacted in writing, no later than 7 days from receipt.

We primarily strive to settle disputed matters amicably.

If this is unsuccessful, the competent court is entitled to decide.
6. Control and Compliance

Compliance with the policy is ensured by regular internal audits.

In the case of our subcontractors, based on our right of inspection stipulated in the contract, we are entitled to request documents and conduct inspections at any time.
7. Final Provisions

This policy is binding on all clients and subcontractors.

The policy is updated annually, or automatically in case of legal changes.

By accepting the policy, clients and subcontractors declare that they have read and accept its provisions.
